Yume is the studio of Aimée-Jade Hayes: design, digital, communications and events for organisations working across sustainability, research, arts and culture.
For over twenty years I have worked alongside organisations at the forefront of change. Sovereign funds and government ministries. Universities and research institutes. Arts organisations and community groups. From the Gulf region to West Wales.
I bring creativity and rigour to work that matters, and the same care to a trail map as to a hundred and fifty page report. Some work needs to be understood. Some needs to be beautiful. Most needs to be both.

I help organisations work out where AI can honestly help, then design and build the systems that make it happen. Bespoke, transparent, and built around the people who use them. I do not use AI to generate visual design, illustration or music. That work belongs to humans.
The right name for what this work is: imagination, applied with rigour, in service of something real. One person, a trusted network, and twenty odd years of making complex things clear and beautiful. More about the studio
